I'm close to losing five pounds! I can't believe it! I've been trying to lose the weight for so long and now I've actually done it and lost a few pounds! It's the exercise - that's the key. The weight wouldn't come off without the exercise.
And I'm loving the exercise. Just got my yellow belt in Tae Kwon Do. (I broke a board with my foot! ) And it just feels so good that I constantly think about class and can't wait to go back.
I'm on my way and excited about the journey!
