DAY 11 BLC AND DIABETES RECOVERY

This is a quick check-in because I told my granddaughter that I would hold her while she goes to sleep. She is not feeling well.
Day 11 and I am so proud of me - tonight we went to the movies. I took lemon water with me, and I did not eat popcorn, nor anything else. That is large for me - the queen of popcorn with jalepeno peppers.
I did water aerobics today, 30 minute express with a lot of weight workout, pilates and I feel good. I beleive there is some improvement in Pilates, just an inch, but improve I have. I feel good all over.
I had some vegan Indain food, but decided it tasted perfumery, so no, not next time. I also bought Bob Harper's Kettle Bell workout for Sunday's and when I get stronger, and that is Sunday before 7:45 service - so about 5am.
oh, I got to Catalina's ( used to be a great brand) swimsuits for water aerobics for $15.00 I plan to wear the black one in March and save the flowered one for the summer.
I have a new goal - lose 20 pounds by April 1. Yes, I can do it, and enjoying the process.
