Feeling Good About My Efforts

Wednesday, February 23, 2011

Yes, I am feeling good about SP, the Challenge, Team A, and the way my food and exercise program are going! Today I had to hustle to get 115 minutes of exercise completed but I did it. Almost had a vegetarian day, but the leftover rice and black bean dish also contained chicken. But I am making progress and really appreciate all the leaders and those in the Challenge that encourage us! It does make a difference!!!

Oooo, almost forgot! I treated myself to gel nails today - a real first for me as I have only ever had one manicure in my lifetime! But I was sick and tired of those short, split nails!!!

Oh my word... you sure did have a good day yesterday! That rice/black bean/chicken dish sounds delicious and SO healthy! Gave me a few ideas for dinner tonight! Thanks!

I love getting pedicures, but have yet never had a manicure done professionally. Hmm,maybe an idea for a reward down the line... :)

Keep on keeping on, Carol, you're doing a fantastic job!
