Day 3 down. Tired, but not as bad as yesterday. I only paused it once for 3 minutes, other than that my breaks were 30 seconds or less. I had to modify a bit again. The globe jumps gave me instant headaches today so I did other things during that time. Im going to look into that, why jumping hurts my head so much. Its frusturating. I feel like when I land my brain just gets smacked into my skull! I pretty much crawl from one stretch to the other when stretching between my balance problems (I fall over a lot during these workouts) and my muscles being exhausted. Heart rate high of 173 today, lower than yesterday. Drank 20oz of water during workout.
Even though sometimes I can barely move right now... im still doing this. And its a great feeling. Just a couple weeks ago when I started on Spark I got winded after climing the stairs. I played Dance Central on the Kinect at a friends house and barely made it through one song. Insanity, and everything else im doing, is HARD! But its worth it. I can see and feel a difference already and its a great feeling.

    EXCELLENT! I'm feeling it too girl! I'm taking breaks still and didn't complete the last 15 mins of day 3 but I did better up til then so that's exciting! Love the feeling of progress!
