I know those cookies are hard to resist. I had a few last week. But this information was posted recently...
Thin Mints are the lowest calorie treats you can get from the Girl Scouts at 40 calories each. If you eat four cookies, you'd need to spend about a half an hour of bicycling to burn them off.
Samoas are about 70 calories each. It would take a half an hour of leisurly walking to burn off one cookie.
For you peanut butter fans... Tagalongs are also 70 calories each. You could eat two-- you can burn them off with a half an hour of water aerobics.
*sighs* Back to the gym for me.
