Feb Bench Marks

In my boot camp class, we bench mark basic physical fitness tests. My stats for Feb are:

.8 Mile Run: 6:27 vs. 6:10
1 min burpees: 20 vs. 20
1 min push ups: 19 vs. 27
1 min sit ups: 33 vs. 40

It looks like I need to start stronger in my cardio, I obviously have more to give.

    burpees are just the old "Squat-thrust" that we did as kids in gym class back in the '50's-'60's that Jack LaLanne taught.
