2. Stay within calorie range NOPE
3. 30 minutes exercise NOPE
4. Get at least one work report done CLOSE BUT NOPE, too many interruptions!
5. Drop off more donations to Value Village
So last night I really was thinking to go to the gym but I ended up with a headache and totally lost motivation...by the time DH got home from the vet it was close to 8 and I was reading with the kids...I can come up with a multitude of excuses why I didn't exercise or meet the other goals, but it is what it is....today is a new day! I was super lazy after the kids went to bed and was a bed potato watching TV....
A new day:
1. 8 glasses water
2. Stay within calorie range
3. 30 minutes exercise
4. Track food accurately
5. Get to the bank to pay a bill I can't pay on-line
