I have not been getting my exercise in lately like I would like. Plus I have kind of been eating like crap. Yesterday I got home late so dinner was late and then I biked for only 15 minutes. Tonight was supposed to be weights but because I had a community ed class I got home late again. But I did ride my bike for 10 minutes at least to keep up my streak. My plan is to do weights tomorrow and Friday this week instead of today and Thursday.
So my community ed class was a crafting class. I learned how to do needle felting with wool. It was a ton of fun and got out some frustrations too! Basically you start with a small ball of batting material then you lay bits of wool over the top then you poke the crap out of it with this special needle until it sticks to the batting. By poking it with the needle you are felting it or drawing the fibers together tighter. I made 2 balls. They are the beginners project. I will post pics on this blog later. I was really proud of the 2 I made. Plus I got to bring home some supplies to make some more.
Next week I do another crafting class and that is making a mini-muffin basket. I really enjoy basket weaving. It can be rather zen like.
OK well I am tired and ready to go to bed. Tomorrow I get back on track with the exercise and making a decent dinner. I REALLY need to go grocery shopping! That is the plan for tomorrow.
