Feels like a long winter and the lbs have been creeping back on. I decided I needed to do something different to get back on track- so I joined the28 day boot camp. today is day 2 and I'm just getting ready to do the workout. I've already cleaned the stall for my horse and re-did her bandage on her hoof (which is no small job) and shoveled more snow. Hope I have enough oomph to do a decent job with the workout.

Looking at all my activities and workouts i really shouldn't be putting weight back on --the problem is in WHAT I am eating. Too many goodies and too much sweet and fat. Trouble is I get so hungry I grab whatever is quick which turns out to be snack foods. Need to get back to healthy alternatives- I guess didn't let that become a habit the first time around.

Oh, btw- no part time job that ended along with the holidays. yeah!
