Writing in Sick

I am finding myself struggling right now. I don't feel inspired at all. My spirit is sick.


Temp service called yesterday and said my Husband wouldn't be paid for the holiday. That each year the holiday "waiting" hours resets. So he would have had to work 750 hours to be eligible. Also they don't consider Presidents day as a holiday.


With all the problems and bills it was just another blow to us. Can't seem to win for losing. Going to take a computer day off.

    I'm sorry you are feeling discouraged....
Maybe take a day and do something special for yourself...a pampering day. If you can afford it do a spa or a manicure...or a massage!

    so sorry to hear that some temp services are picky. soemtimes you just have to take a day off of the computer and just do your own thing. I do that alot.its a do it yourself day do what you want. have fun. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I totally understand your financial situation, but I don't know how it feels to have health problems on top of it. I know your faith is strong and I know you are not giving up. I know God will see you through this.

I am having a hard time not being very ANGRY at humanity. I don't understand why things are the way they are. It seems the harder we work the less we receive or everyone jumps at the chance to take advantage, discourage, or point fingers. It isn't suppose to be that way.

A 16 yr old girl was killed when she was kicked in the chest by a bull. It was a small time rodeo event that she had been to several times and rode this bull every time. It is what we call a jump kicker. Not aggressive at all. It was a tragic accident. Everyone is now bashing the parents. It angers me so much. I understand the dangers. My son is a bull fighter. But why point fingers?!! Why concentrate on the whys, and the hows of this young girls death. Why are people so cruel?!! Why can't they lift these parents up in prayer instead of bashing them. It doesn't matter how this young girl passed away or who to blame. It matters that she LIVED and LOVED and WHERE she will spend eternity.

I am so sorry Willow that you are having hard times. I am sorry that life seems so difficult for you right now. It will get better. It is going to get better for all of us. Hang in there!! Keep on Smiling!! You are truly Loved!!
