1. Want to LOSE all the weight in my challenge goal and than a quite a bit more!
2. To that I need to be content with little consistent losses and not try for the big loss. So...CONTENTMENT is the second goal.
3. To be HAPPY with myself and my body image. I don't generally tell others my goals b/c then I only let one person down...ME.
4. For the FUN of a healthy life. I have four kids and a wonderful wife...I do not feel slowed down by my weight. Although I have grown to avoid the things that I used to love the most. The beach, friends pool, and even amusement parks( I have been able to ride all rides so far but it is becoming an anxiety of mine as of late)
5. ENCOURAGEMENT would be one of my last written goals. I have two daughters doing Girls On The Run this spring and would like to at least train with them and help them along with there goal also.
