I did not get the cardio in today that I had hoped. But I did get some good stretching in while hanging with the family, and I did fairly well with my nutrition goals, went a little over my calories at dinner but not so much. Spent most of the day either helping the kids or doing work around the house.
Tomorrow is back to work. Kids have the week off so things should hopefully be a little less hectic.
