I have been on this weight loss, get healthy journey for 3 weeks and I am loving it. Water has become my drink of choice, I can't believe I don't miss my daily 20 oz diet pepsi. I have so much more energy and I believe I can keep on going.

    Great job - i am still stuggling with the water. I can get the most of 4 glasses in. I miss my code red and my Mt. Dew!! But Im not giving up that easy!! You give me hope that I will pick water over anything else. Any tips?
