Trying to get back on track

After what seems like forever (but more like four weeks), I have made it back to the gym. I was so consistent for a long time, but I know that when things get hectic, I have to start letting go of things. The gym was the "thing" this past time. I need to not let that happen again. I can feel the difference. I have gained back about 5 lbs and I am not feeling good again. I know this is directly in relation to not getting to the gym. So far I have made it three times in 3 days. I hope to keep it up.
