Trying to get back on track

After what seems like forever (but more like four weeks), I have made it back to the gym. I was so consistent for a long time, but I know that when things get hectic, I have to start letting go of things. The gym was the "thing" this past time. I need to not let that happen again. I can feel the difference. I have gained back about 5 lbs and I am not feeling good again. I know this is directly in relation to not getting to the gym. So far I have made it three times in 3 days. I hope to keep it up.

    I know exactly where you are coming from. I was doing so well, then I sprained my ankle. I haven't been back to the gym since. I'm afraid to get back on the scale!

    emoticon glad that you are back at them gym!!!
    It is hard to get back on track but once you are there it is a wonderful feeling!!!
