Day 3

Didn't think I did that bad today until I put the food into the tracker. Oh well most of it was good for you food. Got to get a handle on my snacks. Did do better in the amount of snacks though.

Did 3 different workouts today. Couldn't decide which I wanted to do so just did 15 minutes of 2 and 20 of another. I got cardio in with the Spark dvd and with hula hoop and did strength with a McDonalds dvd I got years ago and never did it but couldn't throw it away. It's a good dumbell workout and is only 15 minutes. Works all but your abs.

Decided if I can do my workouts for the whole month(5 days) at least per week I will buy me the next weight up of kettlebell. This will be my reward for March. Really want it so maybe it will motivate me.
