This morning I woke up and did the full 4 miles of the Biggest Loser Power Walk DVD. It was difficult at times but I did it. Exercise is key for me in my weight loss quest, as well as in my quest for better health, energy, and positive mood. With this increased energy can tackle the organizational challenges I face in my home and life. Thanks to all the spark people out there who are encouraging me on my quest.
