I didn't realize I had been away for this long. I'm starting over today and doing this thing. I'm turning 43 so I want to lose 43 pounds this year. My first goal is to lose 10% of my body weight, which will be somewhere around 25 pounds.
Here's my plan: use SparkPeople to track, track, track. Use Just Dance to move, move, move. Use Marianne Willliamson's book A Course in Weight Loss to reprogram, reprogram, reprogram.
All things are possible. One day at a time, one action at a time, I can not only change my body, but also my wants, habits, and tendencies.
