I didn't realize I had been away for this long. I'm starting over today and doing this thing. I'm turning 43 so I want to lose 43 pounds this year. My first goal is to lose 10% of my body weight, which will be somewhere around 25 pounds.

Here's my plan: use SparkPeople to track, track, track. Use Just Dance to move, move, move. Use Marianne Willliamson's book A Course in Weight Loss to reprogram, reprogram, reprogram.

All things are possible. One day at a time, one action at a time, I can not only change my body, but also my wants, habits, and tendencies.

Yes. It is possible.

    You are right. It is possible to do this. You CAN do this. But you need to focus on what you're doing and why and when. Keep track of everything. Move a lot. And pick yourself up when you fall down.
