GETTING MY LIFE BACK IN ORDER...

TODAY I REALIZED SOMETHING:

It's Feb 21st which means that in exactly four months I will be celebrating my 1 year mark with Sparkpeople and I have let some things fall by the waist side and I am still almost in the same position I was in when I found spark almost a year ago.

So starting today I have also come across the 28 day bootcamp challenge to jump start my efforts once again to a happy more fabulous me!! When I reach my 1 year anniversary with spark according to my calculations I would like to be 200 lbs by APRIL 21 st (if not the 196 I actually should be according to calculations).

Also I just realized that yesterday started the 30 day countdown until spring, so I would love to be looking great and feeling great come MARCH 20, and not feel awful and self conscious as I usually do. I want to be excited to fit into some new sizes for those cute sun dresses that I so much love to wear and feel and look fabulous in them!!

So this bootcamp challenge came just in time and today starts day one and I am aspiring to great things!! I KNOW I CAN DO IT.. AND I WILL!!

    What a great attitude! I know you will meet your goal. Good luck! It was fun to learn about the thirty day count down to Spring. I think I will use it to set a goal for myself! emoticon emoticon

    eveerytime, I see that dress and your pretty face I smile. I am on my own Biggest Loser challenge (posted work-outs on blog) and Diabetics challenge, so together we will make the goal. I am co-leader on TYSWS, and will checking in on you from time to time!!! You got this!!!

    I hope you enjoy the bootcamp challenge! I really did and even had ppl at the gym doing the challenge with me! I lost 20 pounds on the bootcamp and I'm walking away with a tool that aided in weightloss! Goodluck chick!
