Yep his officially weigh in at work is tomorrow, he wants to lose 35lbs in 12 weeks an average of 3lbs a week, and he is turning 48 on Feb 27, you know what ? He will will do it.
He plays hockey twice a week so now with working out (which we are both heading off to any moment) and our healthy eating he will do it.
I, on the other hand, want to be between 150 and 155 so say 20lbs total, no time limit set, I just want to get there and maintain.
At that weight I am comfortable and a size 8. If the weight is higher but i fit into that size, fine by me I know that muscle is dense so as long as I feel good.
Health wise so far so good.
As many of you know it takes awhile to get into a routine so thankfully I have my #1 supporter Brad on board with our healthy lifestyle. Together we will face the challenges of our mid to late 40's happy and healthy.
