Percentage change: -0.55%
Total percentage change: -2.2%

So not the best week- I pretty much stopped trying around Thursday but I do feel optimistic because I didn't gain weight even though I wasn't focused on my weight loss. I'm thinking that if this week I work really hard, I'll be able to get right back on track. I'm still trying to think about the big picture and recognize that even though this wasn't the best week, I'm still on track with my long term goals.
