Half Marathon!

Ran my first ever half marathon yesterday in 2 1/2 hours. Met my goal time.
I am so sore today, it's time to get on track and lose weight so that the impact of running on my body will be less.
20 lbs would be nice over 10 weeks. So here goes week 1!
