Exercise Plan for this Week

Hi Everyone:
I am going to have a busy week, too many evening commitments, so I need to use the time that I have wisely. Thanks to my inspiration from 69Mustang1 I am going to put my plan in writing so I will stick to it.

Monday, Feb 21 (off work - Family Day here in Canada which is great during this cold winter)
60 min walk with my husband
20 min Jillian Michaels Shred
60 min strength training

Tuesday, Feb 22
Go to gym at lunch
55 min cardio (10 bike, 15 elliptical, 30 treadmill - run/walk)
5 min stretch

Wednesday, Feb 23
To to gym at lunch
35 min bootcamp
20 min other cardio (10 bike, 10 elliptical)
5 min stretch

Thursday, Feb 24
Go to gym at lunch
55 min cardio (10 bike, 15 elliptical, 30 treadmill - run/walk)
5 min stretch

Friday, Feb 25
To to gym at lunch
35 min bootcamp
20 min other cardio (10 bike, 10 elliptical)
5 min stretch
