Long time, no blog.

Hi lovelies,

I know it's been awhile since I blogged last and that's mainly because I haven't had a lot of success to blog about. For about 5 weeks I have been juggling the same 2-3 pounds and I can't seem to get past it! I lose 2lbs, I gain 2 lbs, I lose a pound, I gain 2 pounds, I lose 3 pounds, I gain two pounds, etc. My big goal was to get out of the 170s and once I did that, I can't seem to get BEYOND that!

And in addition to that, I haven't done an OFFICIAL 5K yet. I've done plenty on my own but I really want to be in a race. I decided last week that I would run in a 5K at Disney the first weekend of March but I'm extremely low on funds. I set up a fund-raising page but haven't raised anything yet. I'm not really upset by that because I know how tight money is for everyone in the country right now. So I'm going to play it by ear. It might be a last minute decision and it might not even happen at all. Running is something I get to do for free and running in a race won't make or break me.

Last week I also decided to start 10K training. I've completed 3 runs this week (although Thursday's was a little short because it was SO HOT out!) but have been shaky on the cross-training and strength (a.k.a. I haven't done any). Tomorrow is a new day and I've decided from here on out that I am going to commit to this training. I know what it takes to lose weight and I know I haven't been pulling my weight (haha!) and that's why I haven't been losing lately. Having a program during C25K really helped and I want to do something like that again.

Fingers crossed that all goes well!

    Look at you go! I ran for the first time last week, but it was only for a minute. *But* it was for a minute.

    Hang in there, that stepping back and forth thing will give at some point.

    Okay, You said you won't Blog cos of nothing Sucessful happening? Hun, (Yes I care about u're Sucess) but, I'm glad to hear how the Day went, Fitness, Romance (Which I Knosw, I Know. There isn't any. =(.), Your Pity Falls, Your Goal,Life Dreams, Family, Friends, Etc.

    I'm happy to Read just that U're still around. (Even though I see on My Action Feed, U're okay.)

    All this meaqnings is Keep Blogging, No matter what's going on.

    Hey don't worry about your weight, as long as your eating healthy and exercising it will come off soon! I've been in the same position (I hate it!!) I hope you get to run in the race, it sounds like fun!! Send some of your hot weather over here =)

    You can do it! How about signing up for a 5k that has just any entry fee of like $15 or $20? That way you don't have to raise money to do it. I know it's hard right now to raise money for charities. My Alzheimer's walk this year was much lower as far as my donations go.
