So today is day 2 of monitoring my food and I had a brilliant idea to take pictures of it lol. So far to day I've had
Late Breakfast: Smart Ones French toast and turkey sausage
Late Lunch/Dinner: Fish, spaghetti, and veggies
Sweet tooth snack: Smart Ones Pecan Sunday
I plan to get more fruit and veggies in tonight.
Most of my foods are processed and that's because I'm very busy and don't have much time to cook. I plan to learn to cook more or maybe 1 to 2 meals a week. After graduation I will be doing more cooking.
