Day 2--5% challenge

Started out the day with french toast with the kids. Kept to only3 slices, not so bad. forgot to have lunch, just had a few saltines. Then had ravioli for dinner. Unfortunately the cherry twizzlers called me and I ate some of them, not all though.
Did my kettlebell workout this morning. I can't believe it actually burns 1200 calories for an hour. Either I eat way too much and don't write it down or it doesn't really burn that much. Doesn't matter I guess I enjoy the workout and I feel better when I do it so that's good enough.
I try to do this workout at least 2 days each week then do others on days I don't have 55 minutes to do it.
Tomorrow I have another girl with some kinda of sickness, ear ache, sore throat, and stuffy nose so off to the doctor again. The school by us is hit so bad they closed school for tomorrow. Even the teachers are sick. Can't imagine that 1 day is going to make much difference but we will see. Don't think my 5 year old will be back to school even on Tues, she can't stop coughing, can't send her like that. Oh well we will see about that too.
