Staying on track

I'm not sure what happened last week, but I sure fell off the fitness wagon. Not sure if the stress at work, the stress of finding a new job by July 2, or just not wanting to go to the community center my reasons. I know that these are excuses for not wanting to work out, but the bottom line is.....I need to do this. I need to stop making execuses and just do it. Either stop at the community center on the way home from work or be sure to do some Wii at home.

I joined a 8 week Diabetic Challenge and I'm not sure I'm doing the right thing by re-doing a week, but if I want to be true to me and the challenge.....I think it is the right thing to do.

    We all fall off the wagon from time to time. As soon as you know what you did, get back on track. Redoing a week of any thing is always a good thing when you feel you need to get back on track. We're here for you. emoticon Never give up.

    I would think it would be okay to redo a week. We all fall off occasionally and the important thing is that you are back. Try to focus on yourself and what you need for a while and before long you will be back in your healthy habits as far as exercise.
