I dread weighing in tomorrow because I've been cheating and I know I have only lost one pound this week! But, here's the thing! I have exercised for at least 15 minutes EVERY day for the last two weeks...I want to see the results of that on the scale, but I've been reading other blogs, articles, and people's comments on the forums, and I've come to realize I must not focus only on the scale. Today has been a productive day--I spent part of it with a friend, and for a person who has become very sedentary and isolated, this is a triumph! So, I'll focus on the triumphs today and maybe next week the scale will get the picture!
