2011 Goals (a little late)

My goals for 2011

MENTAL:

To stop negative self talk
To treat myself like my best friend
To focus on the positive

VISUAL:

Cut out postive quotes and pictures from magazines to keep adding to my positive board.

DOMESTIC:

Force my husband to help keep things cleaned around the house
To tidy up before bed
To pick up after myself
To clean with music to keep things positive

FINANCIAL:

Keep paying down debt
Saving money
Stop unnecessary spending
use coupons

PHYSICAL:

30 minutes of cardio daily
strength training 3 days a week
daily stretching
adding Yoga and Pillates to my routine

WEIGHT:

I would like to lose at least 3lbs each month. I would love to lose 40lbs this year.

CREATIVE:

Blog more
scrapbook
write/journal/poetry

SOCIAL:
Make monthly play dates
Call my friends regularly
Start a family

    Your goals sound really, really good AND realistic!!

I like it that you "would like" to lose 3 lbs a month or 4 lbs a month. I just would encourage you to NEVER let the scales control or discourage your behavior! Reward yourself for the incredible behavior you are doing!

I LOVE it that your first goal is to treat yourself well and start controlling your thoughts!!
