My Expectations:
1. Support from teammates
2. Friendly competition
3. Fun

My Goals:
1. Lose 1 lb a week for a total of 8 lbs
2. Exercise minimum of 60 minutes per day
3. Strength train 3 times per week

My Reasons for Changing Me:
1. Improve my health
2. Improve Self-Esteem
3. Prevent diabetes and heart disease
