Feeling mad and depressed. Hating my first weigh in. I know I should be Happy, I lost .2!! wooo. Just not feeling it. Guess I made to big a deal of losing 1 lb a week.
OK enough of the Pity PartY!!! emoticonThis is a new week I will try at least 1 new recipe. Smile emoticon

    Pixiemomma...weight fluctuates from day to day, even hour to hour. Sometimes we lost more than we "earned" because our bodies are catching up and adjusting to the new changes. When I first lost less than half a pound...and I swear I was on target all week, I...well, let's just say I know how mad you feel now! But the next week, who knew, I lost 2.5 lbs. when I know I only "earned" a pound.

Hang tight. Grit those teeth and be strong.
Whatever you do, keep on keepin' on!

    Thank you so much. I am counting Weight watcher points. It worked before. I will know logging is the biggest helper. I will keep trying I Have to..

    Don't get discouraged. Are you counting your calories. I know that is the greatest help I've found that was for me. Hope your day is great!
