Today I am going to Minneapolis. I am going out for dinner with a couple of friends. We have been planning this for a couple of weeks now. The place we are going to is Fogo de Chao. It is a Brazilian steakhouse. I have never been to one but people who have been say they are amazing! So I am planning on a day of complete indulgence and overeating. I had a larger breakfast this morning and will just have something small for lunch so I can save room.
In addition to going out for dinner we are going to hit up the Mall of America. My friends have never been there so I am going to show them around. I practically used to live there when I went to school in Minneapolis. I would go a couple times a month.
I was so happy with the scale this morning. I lost another 2 pounds since last week. So the combination of upping my calories (to account for the longer exercise sessions) and my hard work I am steadily losing now. I am officially down 11.8 pounds now. WOO-HOO! Today I am also going to take body measurements. I wish I would have done that at the beginning but it's OK. Like I said I can notice I am smaller in my hips and sides.
So I have a plan for the next couple months to make sure I will stick with my exercise...

Minutes in Motion is a challenge that challenges you to do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day for like 6 weeks. After that it will be starting to get nicer out and hopefully I can take some of my exercise outside.
