What a week! I made it to Saturday. Well, I guess you did, too, or you wouldn't be reading this. Anyway.
I've been eating fairly well, exercising consistently, sleeping better. All good, right? Yeah, I need reinforcement, I'm like that sometimes. Todays plan: Lift weights, walk 2+ miles, and maybe go to Newks for a big 'ol salad for lunch as a treat. The kids really want to go see Gnomeo, so we may do that, too ;)
