30 Day Shred- Day 1

Started my workout plan today!! Feeling a little overwhelmed and I already feel like I am not going to end up pursuing thorugh my goal of 30 days, which is why I decided to vlog. I don't want dissapointment to get in my way, I don't want to give up, and I need to keep in mind that every day is a fresh start.

    Good for you! I look forward to following you on your progress. I also do jillian michaels 30 day shred (though only on days when it's too cold for me to make it to the gym or if I am in a rush). For me, one of the most awesome things about it is how strong you feel after just a couple of days. Yes, it is so hard, but you seem optimistic about this and I hope you carry that feeling with you through your future workouts. I am sure you will do great, I'm rooting for you!
