takes time, LOL having a blast..
one of the days as i was getting ready to head for the mountain hike,
i ended up helping my husband clean out a shed, while i got a lot of walking in, it wasn't cardio walking.
we finished early and i had an hour and half before i needed to be at my son's to baby sit.
i took the snow mobile out for a run. first run was a riot and i had a blast, gained ton's of confidence on it..
came back off the hill and just couldn't resist one more run
LOL off i went, and this time i though, hey lets just go up into the woods a little.
it is a great hiking trail in the summer.
so in i went, flying along, ducking under down trees.
when it comes to me, at some point i might hit a tree i can't duck under and should turn around at the next opportunity.
found a pretty good place , big enough to back up into and turn around.
any one else play with snow mobiles?
well, what no one told me was.. do not stop, do not attempt a back up in deep snow.
i stopped, put it in reverse and that baby sunk, when i stepped off, i sunk further. the snow was up to my butt.
so i pulled and pulled on that machine, yep it sucked, it was heavy.. didn't really get it moved. so times running and i have to get back in time to baby sit.
so i shut it off and head out.
do you remember the part where the snow is up to my butt?
OMG, i walked and walked, tryed to stay on the cross country ski trails where you wouldn't sink.. but would punch through a lot, so i would crawled and walk and crawled and walk, took me over and HOUR
and it was the best cardio work out i have ever had.. it was a riot, only down side was the freezing hands
2lb burned over night
so startedc on the 12th working on buring high cal
worked out the 12th, 13, 14 off 15, crawled on 16th sweet work out yesterday and have found, as long a you burn more then you eat, the weight comes off
4 lb loss this week wooohoooooooooo
so if you don't see me here, it is because i am searching for the great cardio burns
