Well, its been about a month since the last blog and I've noticed some big changes;
1 .... I've lost lots of body fat and I'm confident to carry on (still got a long way to go).
2 .... I'm halfway to my first goal weight.
3 .... I feel less tired since I started excercising and eating healthier.
4 .... The multi vitamins must be doing something. Hb is back up to 13.3
5 .... I still struggle drinking all the water (peeing for England).
6 .... My skin looks and feels amazing ( not as many blotches and red marks).
7 .... I can get into size 16 jeans (tight but at least I don't have to lay on the bed to zip up.
8 .... I'm not out of breath all the time.
9 .... The palpatations are not as frequent.
10 .. I can now run for the odd few minutes on the treadmill (big achievement).
And some new changes or ones I forgot I could have;
11... The fridge is more colourful inside.
12... I shop cheaper and healthier (saving for a holiday).
13... We eat every night at the dinner table.
14... We cook (not just me) Nick and the kids join in.
15...I'm having more fun with Nick and the kids (We laugh more).
16...I'm less angry, stressed or moody.
13... I've got more energy but feel calm inside.
14...I'm getting more loves and cuddles and its nice to be noticed again.
15... Lots of energy too (enough said).
16... My attitude to life has changed
17... I'm happy and its noticable. its rubbing off on everyone else too.
18... I love my family but I'm starting to like me.
Lots and lotsof changes [oh, but the ironing is still waiting] nothing changed there then!
