DAY 5 BLC AND DIABETIC RECOVERY

Thursday, February 17, 2011

I do not know what is wrong with my hair. I had a good day except I left my bra at home and of course, wearing a double shirt helped a little bit, but that can not happen again. One thing, having to look in the mirror every day forces one to really see themselves. I decide suicide would not solve the problem, I would not look good in a casket.

Good morning. You chocolate sauce looks good. I use agave also. Not as much as I used to though because it raises triglycerides.

You are doing amazingly well and there is not a doubt in my mind that you are going to reach that goal. Keep up the good work. emoticon

This is a wonderful suggestion. It looks like the real thing! Thanks so much for sharing with us! I remember when I used to Yoga. I used to touch my toes over my head. Today that would kill me haha! I wish you great luck, you seem to be very dedicated to yourself.
