The weather is improving and so is my mood. I've been doing pretty good for the past three days in all aspects of my "Strategy for Healthy Living" (thanks SWEESIN for letting me borrow this terminology). I've been going for walks with DH, been doing cardio on my old stationary bike and started my strength exercises this morning. I've been doing well with my calories for two days now and today, I've finally drank all 9 glasses of water. I've even started tackling my sewing projects.
Things are looking up and let's hope it keeps on going. I'm starting to understand why we have so many 'snowbirds' here in Ontario; this winter seems to be longer than before and dragging me down with it. I was even starting to doubt my own mantra! It's amazing what a bit of sunshine can do!
