I don't see too much progress...my waist looks slightly smaller.
I think I have to work on my diet.

Any thoughts?

So similar to me for measurements (even our height is the same!) You look better. I had a hard time with the holidays- did you? I never hit below 100 pounds, I hit 225 then 125 and somewhere between there the last 5 years. Good luck & we are here for you.

Wearing the same clothes and standing in the same place and position always help me. For my last progress pics I thought not much had changed but then I realized my legs were equally seperate in before and now pictures but my thighs were rubbing together much less. It really made me feel better about my progress. You got this girl! You're on the right track, trust in the system.

definitely smaller in the waist and more definition in your abs. Don't be so hard on yourself, you're doing great!

your waist looks smaller to me! although it is hard to tell with the different clothes and the shadows in your first picture, maybe try taking another picture in the same pose? I think you look great, keep it up!
