I just finished eating a really healthy lunch and it was very tasty. I ate a small piece of a pork chop, some string beans and a side salad. Things are looking good for the week, it's Thursday and my cravings for chips have gone away. Saturday is my cousin's baby shower and it will be at a pizza parlor. Now I'm in Chicago and we are going to Beggar's Pizza to have the deep dish. I am ordering a salad as soon as I get in the door so that I will not be eating huge amounts of pizza. I gave up pop 3 months ago so that will not be an issue. My plans will be carried out without any regret and just maybe I will start losing some weight. I worked out on my Wii this morning and I had a -.02 on the balance board scale again for the second day in a row. My official weigh in day is Sunday. I will have a good one since I am keeping up with a routine. And keeping on track.
