I'm dealing with a couple of weeks of no signigicant weight loss. I loss .5 lb week before last and nothing this week. I don't want to be drifting away from my program. I think it's too easy to fall back into old habits. I'm going to have to watch my after dinner snacking. I think too many carbs may be the problem. I'm planning on this week being better.
