Worked out for 3 hours on tuesday, guess I may have over did it. Skipped yesterday - feeling alot better today. Still really pumped up about the contest. Just a little bumbed by the family, they think they are helping by making comments like "your not allowed to eat that" or "what excuse do you have for not going to the gym". They think they are helping with the comments all the while munching on chips or cookies. Sometimes I feel like I need to be in a closet and after a period of time make the big reveal. But I set back and say "this is for me" and block out those comments, or maybe I should say "I am using your excuse for not working out today, Oh that's right you think working out is walking 4 feet to pick up the remote (LOL). Today will be a good day!!
