I completed Week 1 (yaaay) but not quite because I'm still doing W1D3 workout this week to make sure I can transition comfortably to Week 2.
Heres what I did since my last update:
Wed 2/9 Sets: 9-12-9-9-max (10)
Fri 2/11 Sets: 12-15-11-11-10-4 (failed at the max lol)
Mon 2/14 Sets: 12-15-11-9-8-7-7 (fail again haha)
Wed 2/16 Sets 12-15-11-11-max (18!) SUCCESS!!
Do you see any difference?
