twohundredsitups Update Week 0.5 ;-)

I completed Week 1 (yaaay) but not quite because I'm still doing W1D3 workout this week to make sure I can transition comfortably to Week 2.
Heres what I did since my last update:

Wed 2/9 Sets: 9-12-9-9-max (10)
Fri 2/11 Sets: 12-15-11-11-10-4 (failed at the max lol)
Mon 2/14 Sets: 12-15-11-9-8-7-7 (fail again haha)
Wed 2/16 Sets 12-15-11-11-max (18!) SUCCESS!!

Do you see any difference?

    BTW I can see the muscle definition in the top and sides which is where it usualy starts. And now come your so tiny!

    OMG so cute seeing you in person! Your stomach looks exactly like mine, no kidding-and look at you, I can see the upper abs in the video- actually more defined than mine- jealous - AND you did not say any cuss, Proud! emoticon

    emoticon remember that a new exercise, your muscles can hold onto water for a while, so there could be weight gain during this time, do not fret!
