    I just think you are so freaking cute! I love your energy, your spirit, your smile!!! Congrats on your successes! And keep conquering that weight room...make good choices...and yes, eat MORE! I know it can be hard being a student and all, but definitely pack something to keep your energy up and your metabolism going...

    You definitely should take snacks with you to work (or a full lunch!) Waiting 9 hours between meals isn't good for your metabolism either - which is probably why you feel so hungry late at night! Your body probably thinks "I don't know when she will eat next so I better make her eat as much as I can now!"

You should be eating 6 small "meals" a day. 3 small meals with 3 snacks in between. Takes some planning - but you will see the difference in your hunger at night!

Congrats on all of your progress!! made it into the testosterone zone! Good for you! Not so bad right?

Im proud of you!!!
