So I have always been pretty pudgy and not at all athletically inclined. Watching my try zumba, or step aerobics or tae bo is a rather funny somewhat sad sight. Thankfully though, I have found exercise that I can do, that makes me sweat, makes me smile and helps me feel better. When I first discovered Leslie Sansone it seemed a little silly to me but I thought, "what the heck" its alot cheaper than a gym membership or a treadmill! I alternate now between the four and five mile walks daily and I really sweat. So thank you Leslie Sansone for giving people like me the opportunity to exercise and feel good without having to figure out complicated dance moves or twist our bodies in ways frightening to us! You have helped me become healthier!
