Things to remember

Do not go run errands when:
1) Hungry... DUH
2) You don't have healthy snacks and water on you
3) You haven't made a list of exactly what you need.

Spent WAY too much money on food, ate crap for lunch, and didn't drink any water for 3 hours. Now I'm home and I have a headache and I'm discouraged because I made bad choices UGH
