So I have been back on Spark for 7 weeks and I think I have done pretty well. I have exercised at least six days a week since January 4th and have only gone over my calories one time in February.
I have only weighed myself one time since being back, on February 1st. I lost 7.4 pounds! Will weigh again on March 1st. I am trying not to get so wrapped up in the scale. I feel like I am doing well. My jeans actually fit, they were too tight when I started and I think I feel a bit more energetic. It is hard too tell sometimes because I stay up too late doing school work and then I feel tired.
Speaking of which I should get to bed now.
