Our weight loss convey met tonight. I had a big "I DID IT!" this week - lasted 30 minutes of aerobic exercise without a break! Just did another 30 minutes tonight. I also lost 2.8 pounds this week. Not sure how the rest of the group did, they didn't add up how much we lost so we'll find out that good news next week. This week we are adding tracking of saturated fats to our food logs. Last week we added sodium. Did you know that the new food guidelines reduce the recommended sodium from 2300 to 1500 for people over 50? So much to think about and pay attention to when you are trying to make new and better lifestyle habits.
