Supreme 90 Day workout

To my surprise I received a package today. This package was my long awaited order for Supreme 90 day workout. 

Ok, wow I forgot I ordered it. 

For those of you who might not know what Supreme 90 is. It's a workout plan similar to P90x with a little of insanity mixed in. When I ordered the workout I really did not know what to expect due to the cost. It is fractions compared to ths competitors. But after reviewing a few DVDs, it actually appears to be legit. The package consist of 12 workouts, a meal plan, and a huge workout day chart. 

So know the challenge is on. I will committ to this fitness plan and update all who is intersted my results. I will start the workout on Monday, Feb. 21. Look for post of before pics, weight, and body measurements by Sunday.

    Today is the first day for Supreme 90. emoticon
I am excited to see if this workout will challenge me physically. I know it will challenge my consistency and nutrition. I followed the meal 1 plan for today. So far the food menu today has not been bad.
Meal 1: Oats w/AppleSauce and Flaxseed - Scramble Eggs w/Spinach and tomatoe
Meal 2: 2 small apples/ 3tbs peanut butter
Meal 3. Fish 6oz/ 1 1/2 mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
Meal 4: Protein Shake with banana, peanut butter, flax seed, and yogurt.
Meal 5: Chicken Breast 6oz, 1 1/2 cup kale, 1/2 brown rice
Meal 6: 1cup yogurt

I ate meal one at 6am. I used steal oats, and it was different than flat oats but it was good. Eggs are always good to me.

Later, check in later this afternoon for updates on the first workout.

    Great timing to get reading for the hugely anticipated summer season.. Thanks for explaining what this workout is. I'm lost in all these numbers and well, insanity is something I'm trying to break away from. hehehehehe. Good luck with your new program! Cam't wait to see the before and after pictures.
