I think I've said before, I try to keep things light here. Positive. There is enough negativity in the world, nobody wants to read more from me
So all I'll say is this: I have some heavy stuff going on, over in the real world.
Guess what? I've found that exercise helps my mood! Today after work I lifted weights and then took the dogs for a walk/run of 2 miles. I felt great after this. It really does help. I thought y'all were just trying to trick me into exercising this whole time...
