Feeling a lot better from the weekend.

    I am so glad to hear you are feeling better and that you have some awesome goals for the next two weeks! You are so brave on limiting your chocolate intake, I often overindulge in that arena (hahaha). What's your treat for yourself if you meet your goal? Great job only eating half your food when you went out to eat. As a grad student, I feel you, it's so hard to make "good" decisions when you go out because the calories are so hidden. Ordinarily a turkey sandwich is nothing but restaurants must smother them in butter or something because their calories are always more! If I know I'm going to go out to eat I eat small snacks throughout the day rather than eating larger meals so that way I am never hungry and still have some calorie space to enjoy dinner.

    Good for you!!!!! Just keep going and you will by fine. That scale is motivation, but try not to make it everything. Just focus on healthy choices and it will come off in due time.

    Good job on eating better and staying away from pop/soda. It is really hard eating out, I limit restaurants to 1 time a month, but I am not a college student so it is easier for me.
